Common questions
Is Subrunner software or a service?
Today it's a managed service: our team does the work using proven tools. The Subrunner app is in validation and isn't required to start.
Will anything be sent to my customers without me?
Quotes, invoices, published content and ad spend need your approval. We'll agree in writing on any routine reply you want handled automatically, such as a quick acknowledgement.
Do I have to change the tools I use?
Usually not. We work with your existing email, website, Google Business Profile and QuickBooks where you give us access.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. We work with owners in English and Spanish. Tell us which languages your customers write in and we'll confirm what we can cover.
Where do you operate?
We're starting with contractors in South Florida and working with US businesses. Get in touch even if you're elsewhere.
What does it cost?
A setup fee and a monthly fee, quoted by email after we review your needs. We don't publish fixed packages yet.
When can I use the app?
It's being validated with early customers. We'll announce availability when it's ready and won't promise a date before then.
